Privacy policy

This is a translation. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version applies, unless the English wording is more favourable to you.
1. In short
- You can use this site without an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- When you click, we set one cookie holding a random code, to count your daily clicks and keep your collection.
- We do not sell data, and we do not use advertising cookies.
- You can delete your history at any time with one button in your collection.
2. Who is responsible for your data

This policy is written under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP. We treat the codes below as personal data, even though they do not show who you are, because they may help identify a browser.
3. What we process, why, and for how long

We do not collect your name, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos, and we do not use your result to profile you. We do not intentionally process sensitive personal data. Please do not send us any.
4. Cookies and browser storage
tk_vid: described above. It is encrypted, cannot be read by page scripts, and is only set after you click.tk-themeandtk-no-stats: stored in your browser only, for your display and statistics choices. They are never sent to us.- Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a session cookie. Visitors do not.
There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. To refuse the cookie, do not click the button; you can read every page without it, but you cannot draw. You can also delete it in your browser settings.
We also respect the browser signals Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for visit statistics.
5. Children
This site is not aimed at children under 16. By clicking you confirm that you are at least 16, or that a parent or guardian agrees. We have no account system, so we cannot verify age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the site, write to us, or use the delete button on that child's browser.
6. Who receives your data, and where
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hosts the site and its database. Hosting region: being updated.
- Cloudflare protects and speeds up the site. It handles your requests, including your IP address, on its global network, so data may be processed outside Vietnam.
- State authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your data. If you click a Wikipedia link, you leave this site and Wikipedia's own policy applies.
7. Shared result pages
Each result has a random link. Anyone who has the link can see the result, but the page does not show who you are. Share it only if you want to.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS, the cookie is encrypted, and admin access is restricted. No system is completely safe. If a breach occurs, we will notify the competent authority within 72 hours where the law requires it, and tell affected people where we are able to and the law requires it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to consent or refuse, to see, correct and obtain a copy of your data, to withdraw consent, to ask for deletion, restriction or to object, to complain and to seek compensation, as provided by the Law.
- Fastest way: open your collection and press "Delete my history". It takes effect immediately and also withdraws your consent for the cookie.
- By email: write to [email protected]. Since we do not know who you are, include a link to one of your results so that we can find your data.

These periods can be longer if a third party is involved or when the law allows an extension. We will tell you if so.
10. Complaints
Write to [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days. You may also contact the competent Vietnamese authority for personal data protection, or go to court.
11. Visitors outside Vietnam
This site is run from Vietnam and mainly serves people there. If the privacy law of your country gives you additional rights, write to us and we will do what it requires of us.
12. Features that do not exist yet
The site currently has no player accounts, payments or advertising. Before adding any of them we will update this policy, and ask for consent where it is required.
13. Changes
We will publish changes on this page with a new version number and effective date. If a change affects how we use your data, we will ask for your consent again where required.
